This Google Form is the registration page for Global Project based Learning (GPbL) 2026, a program organised by the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya in collaboration with Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) Japan. The 2026 edition carries the theme "Energy Transition for a Sustainable Future" and offers an international collaborative learning experience through lectures, discussions, site visits, cultural exchange, and project-based activities. The form was intended exclusively for active ITS students, and submitted data and documents are described as confidential and used only for program administration and compliance. The page now states that the form is no longer accepting responses, so prospective participants are advised to contact the form owner. Contact details for two programme representatives, including WhatsApp numbers and an email address, are listed in the form description.
